Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Once you place your order, our processing team will get to work immediately. Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on your location and the shipping option you select. We will provide you with the exact cost before confirming your order.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online.

Return Policy

1. Return Period: We understand that, at times, it may be necessary to return a product. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return period from the delivery date for unused products in their original condition. For electronic products (machines), there are no returns or exchanges at WBS. The exchange for these products is directly with the supplier (information on their packaging).

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via wbsupply@gmail.com or 787-344-6779. We will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process.

3. Return Costs: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange request according to your preferences. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7 days of receiving your product(s).

5. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prompt solution and offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
